- While we will do our best to accommodate any requirements in the event that you get Covid while in Mexico, we are not responsible for any additional costs
- ASSUMPTION OF RISK. By agreeing to participate in the retreat you agree that you are doing so at your own risk. You hereby assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, illness, death or property damage arising out of or related to the retreat, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise 

- COVID-19 RISK. By agreeing to participate in the retreat you are aware of the risks involved with participating in an in-person event that requires contact with other persons during the COVID-19 pandemic, including the risk of illness, injury or death. Diamond Academy is taking reasonable steps to prevent transmission of the COVID-19 virus but you declare that you assume all risks of infection. You are agreeing to release and forever discharge and hold harmless  Diamond Academy and its directors, staff, volunteers and other participants from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or equity, which may arise or hereafter arise from the transmission of the COVID-19 virus due to my participation in the retreat experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Deposit is non-refundable 
• No refunds, credit to be applied to any of Kathleens future programs or workshops minus all service fees.
