TRANSFERS
- VIP's have private airport transportation with other VIP's included in their retreat ticket on February 11th, 2025.

- Please note if you have a general admission ticket, there will be two shuttle busses from Vancouver International Airport to the Four Seasons Whistler. One on the 11th and one on the 12th. Please try to book your flight to arrive in the AM as the shuttles will leave in the early afternoon.

There will also be a departing transfer on the 16th in the early morning for all attendees who have an afternoon flight departing.

We need your flight information by December 1st in order to confirm your spot on one of these shuttles. Exact timing of the shuttles will be given closer to the event date. Please note if you can't make it on one of these shuttles, transportation is attendees own responsibility. Please send your flight information to celia@moderncollective.ca.

- ASSUMPTION OF RISK. By agreeing to participate in the retreat you agree that you are doing so at your own risk. You hereby assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, illness, death or property damage arising out of or related to the retreat, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise

- COVID-19 RISK. By agreeing to participate in the retreat you are aware of the risks involved with participating in an in-person event that requires contact with other persons during the COVID-19 pandemic, including the risk of illness, injury or death. Hina Khan Worldwide Inc. is taking reasonable steps to prevent transmission of the COVID-19 virus but you declare that you assume all risks of infection. You are agreeing to release and forever discharge and hold harmless Hina Khan Worldwide Inc. and its directors, staff, volunteers and other participants from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or equity, which may arise or hereafter arise from the transmission of the COVID-19 virus due to my participation in the retreat experience.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

No Refunds: All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Ticket Transfer: Tickets are transferable to another individual if needed. Ticket purchaser must inform us in writing at least 30 days prior to the first day of the first day of the retreat notifying us of the name, email and phone number of the person that is taking your ticket. It is your responsibility to transfer payment between you and the person taking your ticket. The notification email must be sent to celia@moderncollective.ca, clients@hinakhan.ca and the person you are transferring the ticket to.
Ticket Credit to Future Program: Ticket price can be transferred to another one of Hina Khan Worldwide’s programs minus any hard costs + fees associated with your ticket. To qualify, the participant must inform us in writing at least 30 days prior to the first day of the retreat. Failure to provide this notice within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the option to transfer the investment. The credit is valid for one year of the email.
