    • Cost does not include your COVID-19 Tests that may be needed at the time for travel

    • Please reach out to celia@moderntravel.ca to get your flights and travel insurance booked. A $30 service fee will be applied.
    • The charge on your credit card will reflect 'Total Advantage Travel and Tours" 
    • ASSUMPTION OF RISK. By agreeing to participate in the retreat you agree that you are doing so at your own risk. You hereby assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, illness, death or property damage arising out of or related to the retreat, whether caused by the negligence of releasees or otherwise 
    •  COVID-19 RISK. By agreeing to participate in the retreat you are aware of the risks involved with participating in an in-person event that requires contact with other persons during the COVID-19 pandemic, including the risk of illness, injury or death. MB Worldwide is taking reasonable steps to prevent transmission of the COVID-19 virus but you declare that you assume all risks of infection. You are agreeing to release and forever discharge and hold harmless MB Worldwide and its directors, staff, volunteers and other participants from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or equity, which may arise or hereafter arise from the transmission of the COVID-19 virus due to my participation in the retreat experience.

    REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

    • If you pay your deposit and your application is not accepted we will refund you in full. However, once your payment has been made and your application has been excepted (due to the limited spots available), all payments, including your initial deposit, are non-refundable.
    • Can I be straight with you? This isn’t for everyone. This is for the individuals who are ready to invest in stepping up their online presence, presentation and want to look and sound like someone who attracts their dream clientele, dream income and dream opportunity. We want to see you shine and thrive, but only if you are a full-body, YES! 
    • In the event the traveller is unable to attend the retreat, due to a medical emergency, a refund will be issued minus already incurred retreat expenses (documentation will be required and is left to the sole discretion of MB Worldwide Inc.) This does not include positive COVID-19 test results.
    • If you are unable to attend the retreat due to testing positive for COVID-19, at the time of travel, no refund will be issued but a future credit will be granted for any of MB Worldwide Inc. services and is left to the sole discretion of MB Worldwide Inc.
